Profile of a Graduate
The Profile of a Graduate is Uchenna Academy’s vision for the 21st century skills, character traits, and/or social-emotional competencies that students need to succeed in University, college, career, and life. The six competencies are:

Perseverance: Persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.
Communication: Effectively conveying ideas, thoughts, and information through clear articulation and active participation.
Collaboration: The action of working together with others, sharing ideas, expertise, and resources to achieve common goals, fostering teamwork, creativity, and innovation while promoting mutual respect and understanding.
Critical Thinking: The objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a judgement.
Accountability: Taking responsibility for one’s actions, choices, and performance. It involves being aware of the consequences of one’s behavior and decisions, both positive and negative, and actively working to fulfill obligations and commitments.
Adaptability: The capacity to adjust and thrive in various situations. It involves being flexible, open-minded, and responsive to changes in your environment.
