WHAT OUR STUDENTS, PARENTS AND TEACHERS SAY ABOUT US
LATEST NEWS and STUDENT STORIES
Uchenna Academy is the first school in Ontario accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA), and we are inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education – assurance that our students receive a rigorous, recognized education in both Canada and the USA.
Our academic program is built for university success: Advanced Placement courses, university-level science labs, and small class sizes where every student is known and supported. And we do it at a fraction of the cost of comparable private schools, with merit-based and financial need-based scholarships available to qualifying students.
On the athletic side, Uchenna offers a specialized basketball preparatory pathway – and we are an NCAA-cleared school, one of the only schools in Canada to hold this status. For families, this is more than a credential: it means U.S. college coaches can recruit our players with confidence, knowing our courses already meet NCAA Eligibility Center standards. Our athletes don’t get held back by course-eligibility problems at the moment that matters most. Combined with daily on-court training and weekly access to an on-staff Athletic Therapist and Physiotherapist, Uchenna gives student-athletes a credible, recognized pathway to compete at the next level — academically prepared and recruiter-ready.
Our Dallas, Texas campus, introduced in the 2026–27 school year, competes in sanctioned U.S. high-school competition through our TCAL membership (an NFHS member) and is approved to accept Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA), helping eligible families access state education funding.
Join us for an exclusive opportunity to excel academically and athletically on the journey to success.
