Uchenna Academy Policies and Procedures
The Uchenna Academy policy and procedure manuals are listed in the navigation bar below.
Policies are written laws or rules that identify the expectations related to our school’s vision, mission, values, goals and objectives. They are separate from regulations and bylaws, which govern the operation of our school but some are also created to reflect an organization’s compliance with government and other regulatory bodies.
Policies also serve as guidelines for decision-making, and are a means of identifying what our school does in day-to-day operations and practices. Policies may also include procedures, or directions that identify actions required to be performed within the framework of their related policies.
Simply stated, policies identify what we do, and procedures tell us how to do it.
